I just placed an order, when will it ship? We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship. Average shipping time is 15-21 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at schnappchenmarkt23@gmail.com

I'm not thrilled with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem? We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on returned packages. Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already been shipped, please use our easy returns system to receive a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now? If you entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified whether the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at schnappchenmarkt23@gmail.com . If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of the incorrect submission.
